Orders & Payments
All orders must be confirmed in advance. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Orders are not considered final until confirmation is received.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe prior to the scheduled event. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on the preparation stage of your order.

Changes to Orders
We do our best to accommodate changes; however, modifications must be requested in advance and may not always be possible once preparation has begun.

Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders on time. Delivery windows are scheduled in advance, and while we make every effort to meet them, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Product Presentation
All items are prepared with attention to quality and presentation. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of fresh ingredients and handcrafted preparation.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Liability
White Fox Food is not responsible for any issues arising after delivery, including improper storage or handling of food.
